What Determines the Price of Your Trip

✅ Time slot (daytime, night, early/late, public holidays). Morning rush is usually 7:00–10:00, and afternoon 16:00–19:00. Fridays are often very congested.
✅ Trip type (airport, train station, long-distance, vet, home). We track flights via the Paris Airports app so you’re not charged for flight delays. For vet visits, we know appointments can run late depending on the care needed — we adapt. Prices decrease on longer distances.

Long-distance (more time committed)
Number / size of pets: one small pet ≠ multiple pets or a large dog.

Here you’ll need to choose between a One-Way Trip and an Hourly Booking.
Hourly Booking:
Simply enter how long you want the driver to stay at your disposal. Pricing is calculated per hour.
One-Way Trip: Enter the pick-up address, destination, date and time. Also choose the number of passengers: adults, children and babies. Depending on your selection, a baby seat and/or child seat will be provided in the vehicle. Then choose the number of suitcases. Note: If you’re travelling with only a pet, leave 1 adult selected by default — you’ll choose the vehicle suited to your pet later in the Category section.

Vehicle Category
Pet Taxi — Pet Only
Ideal for a dog taxi / pet taxi with one pet, with or without a carrier. Your companion travels safely (suitable seat belt/harness) and comfortably, with a protective cover and a calm setup. We accept IATA crates depending on size: S, M, L (depending on volume). A practical solution for vet visits, train stations, airports, or everyday trips.
Comfort — Up to 3 Passengers + Pet
The most balanced category: up to 3 passengers + 1 pet (or 2 depending on size and passenger count). Luggage capacity: 2 checked suitcases + 2 carry-ons + 1 backpack (depending on volume). Cat carriers are accepted if size allows. Safety and cleanliness: seat belt/harness, protective cover, and acceptance of IATA crates (small/medium depending on volume — S / M / L).
Van — 6 Passengers + Pet + Large Luggage
Perfect for families, long trips, and “fully loaded” journeys: up to 6 passengers and around 6 checked suitcases (depending on configuration). It’s the best option if you have multiple pets, large IATA crates (all sizes), or lots of luggage (flight crate, accessories, bags…). The most spacious vehicle in the range, chosen when space and comfort are the priority.
Options
Door-to-door service: the driver helps carry suitcases, bags, and the pet carrier to your home.
Pet size selection (small / medium / large): to adapt the vehicle and comfort to your dog/cat’s size.
Tablet meet & greet: the driver waits for you (airport/terminal) with a tablet showing your name and helps with your luggage.
Bilingual driver: for international travellers.
“Silence” option: a quiet ride — the driver won’t talk unless needed.
Bouquet of flowers: greeting with a bouquet.
Special luggage: flight crate, bike, skis, stroller, equipment.
Wheelchair: pick-up possible.
